To make it more icy, I added a coat of CoverGirl IceSlicks. I honestly think that Sinful Velvet looks more like ice, but this will have to do for now. Sorry for the dark picture. Not sure why it looks like that :(

thegroup: It's called a Konad. If you look at the links to the left, the ones that say "Konad:" are the ones that sell them. You can also try searching ebay for Konad. Hope that helps :)
