NOTD: China Glaze Fiji Fling
This is from the Fiji Fling Collection. I really like that collection even though the colors are pretty sheer. The formula is really smooth and the colors are very glowy.

Is that a glass flecked polish? I kind of looks like it might be, but either way, it's pretty. I don't think I have any from that collection.
