NOTD: Eyeko Disco Polish + Konad m69

Edit: Just wanted to tell you guys about an offer from my beloved Nubar: through the 15th, Nubar is including a free full sized Foundation Base Coat and Diamont Seal & Shine Top Coat with each order of $50 or more. In addition to this, they are offering 20% off your order total on orders of $50 or more with code MAY092050. Since that amounts to a discount of 29% on a $50, it's a really good offer.

I figured I should break out the Konad so Brooke doesn't beat me up. I didn't have much success with it though. The image didn't transfer well, and my nails were too long for a single stamp. I wanted to use a brush to fill in the parts that didn't transfer well, but I had a kitty on my lap, and the brush was out of reach. From the items that were within reach I picked out a dotting tool and proceeded to fill in the gaps using that. The result is rather.... nasty, but it does look good from a distance!

That looks very nice and the colors are perfect together. When my nails are longer I have a hard time too, and am not talented enough to line it up to get the ends right!

I think that looks great. And I'm totally impressed you did it with a kitty on your lap!

I did some Konad practice today. Still nothing good enough to present to the world - hats off to all you ladies that have the knack.

I can't imagine the konad not covering your nail, amazing, mine are fully covered by half a stamp talking about mini nails!

The results are certainly photogenic! Your kitty is more patient than mine. I rescued him a little over a year ago. He's a big boy and still hasn't quite figured out how to properly sit in a lap. I have to hold onto him a bit or let him lean against my arm...or he'll fall off.

FINALLY SOME KONAD!! lol I think it looks pretty damn cool! I know, I hate to move when I have a baby Dinky in my lap, at least I have a 6 yr old son I can call on to hand me the remote - lol!!

Yumeko: Ya, It's so annoying, isn't it :(

Mary: Thank you :)

clockwork: It's sort of funky :D

Phyrra: Thank you! I like zebra print too.

Velvet: Thanks babe :)

Helen: Thanks :) My kitty is very quiet. She just sleeps.

Nora: Your nails must be so cute! I have big, clumsy nails.

Sanna: Thanks hon :)

tarotbydiana: It's great of you to have a rescue cat! My male cat also always wants to rest his arms or legs on me. Fatass!

Brooke: lol! I was afraid to not Konad! You might send a Dinky missile at me!
