Ok, I get several questions about this every week, so here we go:1. Go to www.ebay.com (if you have a national ebay site like ebay.co.uk you can use that too).
2. Search for "nail art stamping plate".
3. Get a lot of results and start sorting through them.
By far most the Hello Kitty plates I have seen have come from Hong Kong and have been part of a set. Usually the price is quite resonable, but watch out for shipping costs. Not all sets will include the Hello Kitty plate. Make sure you make it VERY CLEAR to the seller that you want the Hello Kitty plate. The GCOOL Hello Kitty plate has the number A02, but sometimes it's not enough to give the number of the plate, since different sellers have different numbers. At times there is a language barrier, so be patient :)

I saw this plate (and damn I want it) in a set for nail stamping. It's like an automatic nail art thing. I think it's about 9 bucks the machine + 5 plates.. xD I think it's the cheaper way to get this plate...
I forgot to peel the plastic off! I had like 10 minutes of frustrated Konading then I finally noticed it; lol!

I ordered from seller - gorgeousland. They sold 10 plates with 90 images for $8.99 with free shipping. Really a good deal. They came perfect in less then 2 weeks from Hong Kong to Texas. So excited when I saw the Hello Kitty!

I bought mine at www.scratchers.tk in their nail plates section. They also have a coupon code (2More) for $20 off a purchase of $65 or more. I got some nice metallic polishes to use with the hello kitty plate!
