NOTD: Nfu-Oh #59 over Nicole Razzle Dazzler
Nfu-Oh flakies over black is an almost 100% guarantee for a stunning manicure and #59 is no exception. The glitters are reddish golden, but do flash green in some lights. The base is a sheer red. It's like glowing amber on the nails. Love it!

This looks great! I should try layering my Nfu Ohs sometime... Do you find that they get gummy or take a long time to dry when you apply them over other brands of nail polish?
